San Francisco, October 31, 2013 — JumpstartMD, the most doctor-recommended medical weight management program in the Bay Area, is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of its first storefront clinic in downtown Burlingame.
Founded in 2007 by Dr. Conrad Lai and Dr. Sean Bourke, both former emergency room physicians who met at Stanford, JumpstartMD was born out of a shared frustration with the limited ability to address the root causes of weight-related health issues in traditional medical settings. To mark this significant milestone, JumpstartMD will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Burlingame Mayor Ann Keighran, followed by an open house on November 2nd at 12:30 p.m. The event will take place at the new clinic, located at 350 Lorton Avenue in Burlingame.
